Cane Hill are back with A Piece Of Me I Never Let You Find, delivering a ferocious blend of post-hardcore, nu-metal, and unexpected genre twists that prove they're not just back, they're redefining the rules of heavy music.
Rising from the vibrant streets of New Orleans, Cane Hill bring a ferocious fusion of post-hardcore and nu-metal that feels like a punch to the gut. With roots that dig deep into the heavy influences of Pantera and Slipknot, yet stretch into the unexpected realms of hip-hop and indie rock, this band have never been one to play by the rules. Formed in 2011 by vocalist Elijah Witt, guitarist James Barnett, bassist Ryan Henriquez, and drummer Devin Clark, Cane Hill have earned their stripes sharing stages with the likes of Hollywood Undead, the Acacia Strain, Bless The Fall, and For The Fallen Dreams.
Now, after a six-year hiatus, Cane Hill roar back into the spotlight with their highly anticipated album, A Piece Of Me I Never Let You Find. Spanning 13 years, their career has been a relentless exploration of sound - from the crushing weight of metalcore and nu-metal to the eerie depths of industrial metal, and even the softer shades of acoustic alt-rock. This new album is the latest chapter in their evolution with 11 new tracks that include the haunting singles "The Midnight Sun" and "Fade."
Elijah Witt's words on "Fade" cut deep: "I wrote this song while I was madly in love with someone. We're strangers now, but I don't think this song would've come out the same had we never met - music can be so beautifully ironic."
Make no mistake about it, Cane Hill are back, and they're not just making noise - they're making a statement.
