A long-standing member of DJ Hype's Playaz roster, DJ Hazard is known for a certain strain of adrenaline-guided drum & bass, but his Fabriclive album - unsurprisingly for one that incorporates 50 tracks - covers much ground between the divides of drum & bass. Bridging intricate techy sounds, soulful vocals and unabashed rave moments, whilst exploring the genre's rhythmical variety, Hazard's not using Fabriclive 65 to reinvent the style, he's showcasing the diversity that already exists within it.
