Jeff Ballenberg’s debut EP, The More Recent Future, has arrived.
While being 100% original, this four-song EP evokes Tom Petty, Elvis Costello, Bruce Springsteen, the Beatles and more. Guest musicians include Ron Flynt (20/20), James DePrato (Chuck Prophet and the Mission Express) and Brian Young (Fountains of Wayne). The title track "The More Recent Future" features the stunning backing vocals of The Lickerish Quartet whose members Roger Manning, Tim Smith and Eric Dover are all formerly from the supergroup Jellyfish.
