This collaborative project is also accompanied by a film produced by Arte, making for a unique homage.

Born in Los Angeles in 1968, Kyle Eastwood grew up surrounded by music within a family of musicians. His journey into music began early, mastering the bass guitar as a child and later honing his skills at the University of Southern California. He embarked on his musical career in the 1990s, forming his jazz band and releasing his debut album From There to Here in 1998. Throughout his career, he's not only released acclaimed albums, but also contributed to film soundtracks.

The Eastwood Symphonic project, initiated by Kyle, marries his jazz quintet's talents with a 65-piece orchestra, delivering moving renditions of themes from his father's films like Gran Torino, Letters From Iwo Jima, Flags Of Our Fathers, and Bridges Of Madison County. The orchestral arrangements are the creation of aforementioned composer and arranger Gast Waltzing from Luxembourg. The project showcases Kyle's exceptional ability to seamlessly blend jazz and orchestral music, crafting a captivating performance that resonates with audiences worldwide. Their fusion of jazz's spontaneity with the grandeur of an orchestra is nothing short of compelling.
