Prog rock collective Mandoki Soulmates has released their new album A Memory Of Our Future, featuring jazz rock legends Leslie Mandoki, Al Di Meola, Ian Anderson, Simon Phillips, Tony Carey, and more.

The international and inter-generational band Mandoki Soulmates, led by founder Leslie Mandoki, has released their new album, A Memory Of Our Future. Featuring performances by Al Di Meola, Ian Anderson, Simon Phillips, and Tony Carey, the album is one of many standouts in the band's illustrious history.

Since 1992, when Ian Anderson, Jack Bruce, and Al Di Meola joined Mandoki to form the Mandoki Soulmates, the group has consistently brought together an impressive roster of rock and jazz fusion icons from both sides of the Atlantic. For over three decades, the band has featured an array of legendary artists, including David Clayton-Thomas, Chaka Khan, Steve Lukather, Eric Burdon, Nik Kershaw, Greg Lake, Randy and Michael Brecker, Bill Evans, Mike Stern, Pino Palladino, Paul Carrack, Peter Frampton, Jon Lord and more.

The artists blend original compositions with collective improvisations and well known hits from individual members, all under the banner of "One stage – one band!"

Leslie Mandoki’s vision has always been to elevate fusion to socio-political relevance. He passionately believes that in an era dominated by social media and rapid news cycles, music remains a profound, handwritten love letter to the audience. And A Memory Of Our Future is a testament to this vision, setting new musical standards and showcasing impeccable audio production. The album was entirely recorded and produced in analog, capturing a warmth and vibrancy often lost in digital recordings. The production process, from recording at Mandoki’s Red Rock Studios near Munich to mastering by Greg Calbi at Sterling Sound in New York and vinyl cutting at Emil Berliner Studios, ensures audiophile excellence.

The 80-minute concept album demonstrates the band's musical diversity, spanning prog to jazz, and features original compositions, artful solos, and socio-political lyrics. The lineup includes Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull), Mike Stern, Al Di Meola, Randy Brecker, Till Brönner, Bill Evans, John Helliwell (Supertramp), Cory Henry, Richard Bona, Steve Bailey, Simon Phillips (Toto), Tony Carey (Rainbow), Nick van Eede (Cutting Crew), Jesse Siebenberg, and Mark Hart (both Supertramp).

A Memory Of Our Future is not just a celebration of musical excellence but a call to action for unity and humanity. This album is a must-listen for fans of fusion, classic rock and prog, and anyone who values authentic, thought-provoking music.
