On Unbroke, country music icon Sara Evans puts all the pieces together and is ready to fly to even greater heights.

Sara Evans, the multi-platinum country star behind the hits "Suds In The Bucket" and "A Little Bit Stronger," is writing an important new chapter in the story of her life. Evans made her debut on Melody Place Records with the release of her single "Pride" and now follows it up with the full album, Unbroke. Along with her new music, Evans is also releasing an updated edition of her memoir, Born To Fly, promising fans new insights into her life, career, and the inspirations behind her music.

Unbroke marks a significant milestone for Evans, embodying her journey through personal trials and triumphs. "After I finished writing the song 'Unbroke', I knew it was definitely going on the album. It’s such an important song to me because it talks about the generational trauma and previous relationship trauma that people can carry with them and then pass down unwittingly to their own kids. It also talks about how nobody gets out of life unbroken but has the double meaning of 'we are all now unbroke' and in a good place after much work and healing," Evans explains. This sentiment runs throughout the album, capturing the essence of strength and renewal.

The album's lead single, "Pride," is evidence of Evans’ raw and honest songwriting. Written with Sean McConnell and Madi Diaz and produced by Jeff Trott, known for his work with Sheryl Crow and Stevie Nicks, "Pride" confronts the struggles within her marriage. "A few years ago, I started writing this album during one of the hardest times of my life. I was going through extreme difficulties in my marriage, and during our separation, I wrote this song. It’s the most raw and real music I’ve ever written. It’s honest and vulnerable, as though I’m talking to a friend in a private conversation," says Evans.

Sara Evans’ career has been nothing short of impressive. In addition to her musical achievements, she has made significant philanthropic contributions. In 2018, she was honored with the NAB Education Foundation’s Service to America Leadership Award and has been recognized for her work with the American Red Cross, raising substantial funds for disaster relief and music education. With her new album, updated memoir, and lifestyle podcast Diving In Deep, Sara Evans is doing more than just continuing her journey, she’s soaring to new heights.
