The American Drug War: The Great White Hope soundtrack is a collection of music from the award (Best Documentary) winning documentary film. Filmmaker Kevin Booth spent four years talking to those on both sides of the war: former Drug Czar Barry McCaffrey, Sheriff Joe Arpaio, comedian (and drug felon) Tommy Chong, and - in his first interview - Freeway Ricky Ross, the 'Wal-Mart of crack.' Their answers shocked Booth.
The music in the film includes Fugazi, The Jetsuns, The Rockpellas, Litter Meet, Tammie Sadler, Bardo Pond, Blind Willy, along with a version of 'White Lines' performed by DJ - RX using George Bush Jr's voice are now available on the brand new CD.
