Spiritual Wardrobe's first release is singer-songwriter based with hints of Americana with an English twist.
A year in the making this album features Mike Edwards' singing, songwriting and acoustic playing with a five piece band that provides a sound that is totally organic. Double bass, harmonicas, cellos, concertina and pianos all move around Edwards' haunting gritty vocals. Three instrumentals show some beautiful acoustic guitar playing. The project was heard in its raw state by six-time Grammy winner Mike Pela (Sade and Maxwell) who volunteered to mix and master the record.
