Kicking off a year of activities, Temptations 60 celebrates 60 years of the Temptations and features brand-new songs from the #1 R&B group of all time.
Temptations 60 includes tracks written and produced by Narada Michael Walden, young hip hop producer K. Sparks, longtime group member Ron Tyson, founding member Otis Williams, and the equally legendary Smokey Robinson, whose classic songs launched the group’s original hit streak.
One such song is a new recording of "Come On," originally released in 1960 by Otis Williams' pre-Temptations group, the Distants. Listeners will find that the album feels like a self-guided tour through the Motown legends' 60 year career. Former label mate Smokey Robinson contributed and sings on "It's Gonna Be Yes Or No."
