One thing is clear on Thomas Rhett’s new album About A Woman; he’s not just making music, he's making memories, one timeless track at a time.

Thomas Rhett is set to shake up the country music scene once again with his seventh studio album, About A Woman. Leading up to the release, Rhett has been teasing fans with new tracks that showcase his undeniable knack for crafting feel-good anthems infused with heart and nostalgia. There’s "Overdrive," for example, a breezy, chill-country ode to small-town life that hits all the right notes. Co-written by Rhett, the track captures the essence of those unforgettable moments that define youth – Friday night football games, late-night joy rides, and the electric anticipation of young love. It’s a song that feels like a well-worn pair of jeans, familiar and comfortable, yet full of life’s endless possibilities. As Rhett croons about the thrill of picking up a date for a windows-down cruise under the stars, you can almost feel the summer breeze and smell the freshly cut grass. It's a much-needed ride back to simpler times, where freedom was found in two hearts and a hand-me-down Ford.

"Overdrive" isn’t the only gem from About A Woman that’s making waves. Earlier this summer, Rhett released "Gone Country," a song that’s been hailed as one of the best country songs of the year. Then there’s the lead single, "Beautiful As You," a heartfelt tribute to Rhett’s wife, Lauren Akins. With over 47 million global streams and a stint at the top of the UK Country Radio Airplay chart, "Beautiful As You" has already taken its place as a modern country classic. Rhett has performed the track on some of the biggest stages, including the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards, NBC’s The Voice finale, and ABC’s CMA Fest.

Produced primarily by Dann Huff and Julian Bunetta, About A Woman is an eclectic mix of high-tempo, melody-driven tracks that blend organic country roots with a splash of retro '80s vibes and heart-pumping beats. All but one of the album’s fourteen tracks were co-written by Rhett, showcasing his ever-evolving songwriting ability. And if that wasn't enough, Rhett has also contributed the electric "Feelin' Country" to Twisters: The Album, the musical companion to the blockbuster movie Twisters. With its infectious melody, the song is another showcase of Rhett's ability to channel '90s country with effortless charm.
