Despite his position as an EBM (electronic body music) pioneer, minimal house & techno stalwart, and steward of the respected Perlon imprint, Zip is nonetheless regarded as something of an enigma. Notoriously wary of publicity, Zip prefers to let his music do the talking.
He does just that on fabric 67, weaving refreshingly non-conformist techno syncopation into reassuringly warm deep house grooves, in a masterful confirmation of his position amongst the most hallowed figures in electronic music.
